Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed on January 16, 2024, Amedisys Home Health of PA was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite unannounced complaint investigation survey completed November 2, 2023.
